Customer satisfaction is our main aim, which is why you can exchange your painting if you are not happy with it. What are your quality measures? The standard of all of our art is second to none. We appreciate that art lovers are discerning people and we utilise the experience of our professional artists and art directors to meet the highest of quality standards. Will the painting be identical to the website? We have rigourous standards in place to ensure that your painting accurately replicates the image on the site. Of course a smaller image of a painting cannot give justice to the splendour of the actual piece. As these paintings are not prints, inevitably, subtle variations may exist when compared to the original image. What are the payment options? Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, Solo and Switch via the Paypal secure server. How are the paintings shipped? We always send our paintings in carefully sealed, high strength shipping tubes, in unframed from. This allows you to select the particular frame to suit your decor and allows us to offer shipping inclusive in the price. This all serves to keep our prices as competitive as possible. How will my order be shipped? Prior to packaging, the items will be rolled in a light plastic coating to keep them safe and preserved. Orders will usually arrive within 4 weeks of paid order. What is your return policy? In the unlikely event of being disatisfied, you can exchange your painting for work(s) of the same value, although you will have to pay additional shipping costs incurred.
